Regardless if you’re skinny, fat, or chiseled like a Greek God. Theoretically, if you’re skinny, then you should be taking mass gainers to put on size. Don’t fall into the mass gainer trap. Is mass gainer good for skinny guys? Answered If you don’t take mass gainers that does not mean you won’t put on any size. If you’re goal is to put on weight and slap some muscles on that skinny little body of yours, you just need to consume more calories than your body burns. It really is that simply. No fancy supplement is needed.
If you’re taking mass gainers but are still not reaching the point where you’re consuming more calories than you burn, you will not put on weight. Are you struggling with consuming food? You’re not a big eater? Well, mass gainers can help you get the calories down your throat without making you sweat.
